At Maslowe Academic Zone, our curriculum is designed with care to give students a well-rounded and engaging education. We combine high-quality online resources with live, teacher-led instruction to create an environment where every student can grow and thrive.
For core academics, we use Mia Academy for middle school and Mia Prep for high school, ensuring students build a strong foundation in all major subjects. Beyond that, our teachers bring learning to life with enrichment classes in Art, Finance, History, Speech and Debate, and English.
In English, students develop confidence in their writing and critical thinking. High schoolers work on literary response essays and explore a variety of novels and short stories, while middle schoolers practice research writing, narrative writing, and compare-and-contrast essays. Our middle school students also complete four novels each year, paired with creative projects and assignments that help them connect deeply with what they’ve read.
For History, high schoolers are currently studying Geography through the Students of History curriculum, while our middle schoolers are traveling through World History to better understand global civilizations and cultures.
In our Finance and Career classes, students use Dave Ramsey’s homeschool curriculum to learn valuable life skills—everything from budgeting and money management to preparing for their future.
To make sure every child feels supported, we also offer one-on-one math and science instruction and tutoring throughout the week. This gives students the chance to get extra help, ask questions, and grow their confidence in these important subjects. On top of that, we keep learning exciting with hands-on STEM activities that spark curiosity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
This thoughtful blend of structured curriculum, individualized support, and engaging live instruction allows us to meet students where they are, challenge them in the best way, and prepare them not only for higher education but also for life beyond the classroom.
Yearly tuition is $20,ooo which is inclusive of a Monday- Friday 9am-3pm schedule.
